Kennedy Chase Murphy is a Nebraska personal injury trial lawyer dedicated to representing individuals and families whose lives have been upended by serious injuries. His practice spans motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, premises liability, workplace accidents, and insurance disputes. An Omaha native, Chase brings both local roots and a global perspective to his practice. Before becoming an attorney, he lived in Shanghai, China, where he taught Western Literature to Chinese students and published poetry in international journals. He later returned home to attend Creighton University School of Law, where he cultivated the skills that now guide his work as an advocate. Chase recovered over 1 million dollars for his clients in just his first year as a licensed attorney. Regardless, for Chase, justice is about more than the numbers.
He refuses to let his clients be reduced to spreadsheets and actuarial tables, choosing instead to focus on the human story behind every case. To him, being a lawyer means offering the full measure of counselor; guiding people through the pain, disruption, and uncertainty that follow a devastating injury, and helping them reclaim stability and dignity. Chase lives in Omaha with his wife, their young son, and two dogs. His family is his greatest joy and top priority, and he strives to bring the same care and dedication he gives at home into his work for clients. Away from the office, he enjoys cooking, golf, and ceramics. These pursuits, along with creative writing, help him stay balanced and grounded, qualities that shape both his life and his practice of the law.
